1. 15-Day Inspection Period

All vehicles purchased through RZH CARS LTD include a 15-day inspection period starting from the date of collection or delivery.

During this period, the buyer may:

  • Inspect the vehicle

  • Arrange an independent mechanical check

  • Verify that the vehicle matches the listing description

2. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a Money-Back Guarantee within the 15-day inspection period if:

  • The vehicle is significantly not as described in the listing

  • There is undisclosed major mechanical damage or structural issues

  • The vehicle has undisclosed write-off status or legal restrictions

  • There is evidence of misrepresentation or incorrect key information

If a return is approved, the full purchase price will be refunded, subject to the conditions below.

3. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a refund:

  • The return request must be submitted within 15 days

  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received

  • No excessive mileage or damage should be added after delivery

4. Non-Returnable Situations

5. Refund Process

  3. If the return meets the policy conditions, a refund will be processed.

  4. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection approval.

6. Return Costs

Unless the vehicle is proven to be misdescribed or faulty, return transport or delivery costs may be the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Auction Purchases

Winning bids in auctions are legally binding. However, the 15-day inspection and Money-Back Guarantee still apply under the conditions stated above.
